We were very impressed with the two air conditioning installers that installed our unit. They made sure that the doors to the outside and gates were closed at all time so the dogs nor our two-year-old grandson could go out. Also all tools were kept safely out of reach, unlike the workers at a preschool I once worked at that left tools including box cutters and razor blades everywhere. They also took time to explain why certain things had to be changed, like enlarging the air vents and a few ideas on how to make our system work as efficiently as possible. These two employees are a credit to your company.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed we were with your technicians, Curtis and Todd. When they came to the door (right on time, I might add), I thought they looked too young to install a whole HVAC system. Boy was I wrong. They went about their work quickly and efficiently, and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They barely stopped for lunch. Curtis expertly explained the digital programming to us and asked us if we had any questions while Todd vacuumed up any debris. We were very impressed with their professionalism.

I also don’t want to forget Christian, the first technician that came out to help us with our original service call. He, too, is professional and knowledgeable, and is always a pleasure to have out.

You should be proud of your crew. Please know that we always recommend your company to anyone that asks for a reference. (And even some that don’t!)

They were very professional and extremely courteous. The work was done in the time frame on the contract and they left everything very clean. I’m sure the old system was a chore to remove and they performed that task with speed and efficiency. They were very pleasant and went over the operation of everything with me before they left.
